Our Willow Wellness package is designed to provide you ongoing support for your specific concern. Over a 3 month period, our dietitian Emily will work with you to devise realistic goals based on evidence based advice, along with accountability and support to manage any problems along the way.
Common conditions we can support include menopause and perimenopause, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, heart health including blood pressure and cholesterol management, bone health and weight management.

This 3 month support packages includes:
1x one hour initial appointment
Pre-consultation forms, food diary and symptom diary if appropriate
A comprehensive health assessment including any symptoms
Personalised nutrition and lifestyle advice including food, supplement, movement, sleep and stress based on your health, concerns and goals
An agreed action plan emailed after the appointment with an appointment summary, written resources and meal plans if desired
2x 30 minute monthly appointments
Pre-appointment check in forms and food diary to be completed prior
Review of symptoms if appropriate
Review of action plan, celebrating progress and reflecting any challenges experienced
Tailored nutrition and lifestyle education
Strategies to maintain changes long term and managing slip ups
Updated action plan emailed after each appointment with an appointment summary, any new goals and relevant resources
