About Us

Willow Health is a fully-regulated, private specialist menopause clinic near Stirling, Central Scotland. Founded in 2023, we provide personalised menopause care to all those experiencing menopausal symptoms in Central Scotland and beyond. We offer in-person consultations at our clinic in Bridge of Allan or remote consultations to those based elsewhere in the UK.

Dr Lauren Colquhoun

BMS Menopause specialist, Lifestyle Medicine Physician & GP

Having graduated from the University of Dundee, Lauren now works as a GP in the Forth Valley area. She has always had a keen interest in Women’s Health, having completed further training with the Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynaecology (DRCOG) and the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health (Coil and Implant fitter). 

Having completed the Advanced Certificate in Menopause Care from the British Menopause Society, Lauren is following her passion to help support and empower those going through the perimenopause. 

Registered Dietitian (BSc Hons) with a specialist interest in women’s health.
Emily graduated from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh and has worked within specialist diabetes and weight management services within the NHS. She has also completed several courses in behavioural change and is a Level 2 fitness instructor.
 
Emily brings that essential holistic approach to health. Passionate about providing person-centred care, she considers all aspects of an individual’s life to provide personalised, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle support and guidance.

Kate Stewart

CBT Therapist & Wellbeing Consultant

 
Kate is an experienced CBT therapist with a background of counselling and psychotherapy. She uses a person-centred counselling style and personalises her counselling approach to best meet the needs of each patient. We uses many modalities including motivational interviewing, compassion focused therapy and solution focused therapy.

Seonaid
Airth

Chartered Physiotherapist

MCSC HCPC BSc MSc Sports Physiotherapist

Seonaid brings a wealth
of experience from 30 years in private practice. She is a passionate manual
therapist first and foremost and a huge advocate for the power of touch.
Seonaid specialised in Sports Physiotherapy, working at the Australian Institute of Sport, Olympic and Commonwealth Games level and with British Swimming.

In the last 10 years Seonaid has specialised in the area of scar release and cording following breast cancer surgery and focusing on return to function.
A physiotherapy session with Seonaid is patient focussed with a strong education element so patients fully understand their pain or dysfunction.

Areas of expertise include sports injuries, headaches, chronic pain and
hydrotherapy.

Dani Weir

Specialist Pelvic Health & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Dani graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University and works as Specialist Pelvic Health & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist both in the NHS and private sector. She is passionate about empowering women in all aspects of their health from pregnancy through to menopause.

Dani uses a biopsychosocial approach and offers various specialist services including musculoskeletal, pregnancy/postnatal, pelvic health and menopause physiotherapy. Her sessions are evidence based and may include lifestyle advice, activity modification, manual therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture and exercise prescription.
