We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient on our waiting list.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by emailing our clinic at info@willow-health.co.uk. Please let us know your name, appointment date and time, and reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
If you provide less than 48 hours’ notice for cancellation, this will forfeit the full consultation fee.
If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing any prior notice, you will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments prevent other patients from receiving timely care. In this circumstance, the full consultation will be forfeit.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can arise. If you have a genuine emergency that prevents you from providing the required notice, please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances. We will handle such cases on an individual basis with understanding and empathy.
We will help you reschedule your appointment if email us on info@willow-health.co.uk or alternatively book online on our website. If you choose to reschedule your appointment following a late cancellation, the original consultation fee may forfeit.
