Join our small group of women for a consultation all about the perimenopause. We start by getting to know you and share our experiences. We cover all aspects of the perimenopause, symptoms, lifestyle advice, the benefits and risks of HRT, different types of HRT and how it all works. Explore all the different products and options and come up with a tailored plan for you!
Our session lasts around 90 minutes, includes any prescription fee if required, as well as a lovely tea or coffee.
