A 60 minute consultation with both our menopause specialist and our dietitian at the same time, working together with you to create an action plan. From HRT, to nutrition plans, to weight loss, we cover all aspect of your health and set some goals.
Following your joint consultation, you will receive a full detailed summary of your personalised plan created by the menopause specialist and dietitian.
