(6 months)

A 6 month package designed to support you every step of the way whilst using the weight loss injections. This package will empower you to transform your habits to lose the weight and keep it off for good.

Included:

  • 6 x 30 minute appointments every month over 6 months (Face to Face or Virtually)
  • Expert guidance and support to transform your habits
  • Tailored nutrition and lifestyle education and advice including support with nutrition, supplements, movement, sleep and stress
  • Nutrition resources, meal and snack ideas, recipes and meal plans
  • Goal setting, tools, motivation and accountability
  • Support to manage slip ups and difficult times
